At Wooly Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help! Please read our Return and Exchange Policy to understand your options.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom Crochet Items: As these products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Digital Patterns: Due to the nature of digital products, crochet patterns are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@woolystore.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

3. Return and Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@woolystore.com to initiate the return or exchange process. Please include your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Ship Your Item: Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or the exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@woolystore.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
